Elaine Sargent on Banning Fracking in Escambia County, Florida
On August 20, 2015, the Escambia County Board of Commissioners voted 3 to 2 to recommend to the state legislature that the latter ban fracking throughout the state in order to protect our most valuable natural resource--water that supports our agricultural and tourist industries, as well as supplying the most basic element supporting our species and life on this planet.
